For almost 5 years (wow, time goes faaaast), Travel Wifi has been providing the best Internet solution in France (and now everywhere in Europe, see this post) in terms of rates and data usage.

If you already tested our services, you do know that the Travel Wifi team is working hard to offer the best and smoothest user experience possible.

Well, Travel Wifi is always looking forward, and has now decided to offer new types of services: we called them”extras” (not ordinary right?!). We have tested then selected the very best quality/price of each product offered.

Power Bank (rental)

This little guy will help you to extend the battery life of your Travel Wifi device (which is usually between 6 to 8 hours in use) and your own Smartphones and Tablets.

It will fit in your pocket/purse/bag so that you can carry it with you outside and never lost your wifi connection. With this Power Bank (2000 mAh), you’ll be able to charge your Travel Wifi device twice !

Car Adaptor (rental)

This (very small) gadget can be plugged in any cigar lighter so that you can charge it continuoulsy via USB while driving your sports car/ SUV/motorcamp or bus!

It’s very convenient for people who will drive around France and Europe. With the Travel Wifi Car Adaptor, you’ll never get lost (by losing the Travel Wifi network and therefore your Waze or Maps connection because you forgot to fully charge it before leaving or if you have a really long car trip).

Insurance

We are offering this insurance to avoid you a financial situation during trip if ever the device gets lost or damaged.

How does it work ?

Once you have paid for it (14.9€), if something (loss – damage or theft (police statement needed)) happens you will only be charged of 49€ instead of the regular 150€ deposit.

Don’t worry about the return, if you have dropped the device in a mailbox, our envelops are tracked: so we will know if you have posted it.

We won’t charge anything before contacting you and investigate on the situation in case of
no return of your device.

Free Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is as follow:

“If you cancel your reservation until 7 working days before the commencement of your reservation, TRAVEL WIFI will refund you 100% of price paid. 

If you cancel your reservation after 7 working days before the commencement of your reservation, TRAVEL WIFI will refund you only 50% of price paid.”

So, if you are not sure of your travel agenda, you can register for this option to get 100% refunded!
